Wasaya Petroleum Limited Partnership was formed September 24, 2000.
Wasaya Petroleum LP is a joint venture between Wasaya Group Inc. (51%) and Northland Petroleum (49%) with an option to purchase the remaining 49%.
Wasaya Petroleum sells bulk fuel and petroleum products. Delivery is over Winter Road or Wasaya Fuel Delivery Aircraft such as the HS-748.
